Want to schedule a 1 on 1 Home Buying Consultation? Please review the list of required documents below and have hard copies ready for your appointment:

1.         Most recent income statement (pay stub, social security statement etc.)

2.         Most recent bank statement for all accounts (savings and checking)

3.         A copy of your credit report – from www.AnnualCreditReport.com w/ 1 score (cost is $5) or one pulled by a lender with all 3 scores that is less than 60 days old.

 

If you have met with a loan officer or are under contract bring these additional items:

1.         Pre-Approval Letter

2.         1003 Loan Application

3.         Loan Estimate

4.         Purchase and Sale Agreement (Real Estate Contract)

 

You must submit payment for your 1 on 1 apt in order to reserve your apt time. Cost is $35.
Your apt will not be reserved until payment has been received.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please provide 24 hours notice, otherwise your appointment will be considered "missed" and there are no refunds for missed appointments.
